SIMAHIR Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SIMAHIR platform at https://ahis.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Platform Description & Authorized Access

SIMAHIR provides enterprise industrial maintenance history logging, electronic defect notifications (e-Notif), workflow scheduling (eMWR), and audit-ready data export.

Access to company-specific workspaces is strictly limited to authorized employees whose Google corporate email addresses have been registered and provisioned by their respective company administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

When using SIMAHIR, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent equipment defect notifications or maintenance sign-offs.
• Attempt to bypass role-based access control (RBAC) boundaries or access company workspaces for which you lack authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or availability of the platform and its backend infrastructure.
• Use automated scripts to scrape, harvest, or overload the application endpoints.

4. Third-Party Integrations & Google Services

SIMAHIR integrates with Google APIs for single sign-on authentication, export to Google Drive, and dispatching export documents via user-authorized Gmail.

By connecting your Google Account, you authorize SIMAHIR to interact with Google APIs strictly in accordance with your explicit actions within the user interface, subject to Google's Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

5. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

Your organization retains full and exclusive ownership of all maintenance logs, equipment records, inspection photographs, and operational documents stored or generated within your company tenant.

The SIMAHIR software interface, branding, logos, and underlying source code are the intellectual property of the SIMAHIR developers.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

SIMAHIR is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to ensure high reliability and data integrity for all industrial operations, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIMAHIR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
